QUEBEC: May 21st in Montreal
What is it?
Zoom in on Girls is a gathering of individuals and organizations who work with girls and young women…or those of who wish to do so! The Zoom events focus on issues related to young women, where participants are invited to share their knowledge and experiences while exploring action strategies.
Girls Action Foundation is organizing Zoom events to support the regional networking of organizers, as well as to exchange skills and resources. This year there are Zoom events happening in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia!
The gatherings’ objectives are to:
- Create a space to exchange and to be inspired by each other’s experiences;
- Network with other girls' programmers;
- Share our successes and resources;
- Gain new tools and knowledge;
- Develop strategies to tackle the issues faced by girls and young women;
- Celebrate our work.
Space is limited so apply early.
Deadline to register for:
- Toronto and Vancouver: March 15th, 2010
- Montreal: April 2nd, 2010
