And they may be right...a very popular resource, with lots of great resource on literally organizing your community. Including the nuts & bolts on doing activities like door knocking for your communities issue, block parties, visioning, with interesting links to articles to building your knowledge on issues like "not in my backyardism", information sharing, child-minding co-ops etc.

Youth Council Development - A Toolkit for Action
