How to Chill.ca - A Website for Girls and Dealing with Stress

Howtochill.ca is an interactive website for teen girls full of tips on how to deal with stress. The Child Development Institute, in partnership with parents and communities conducted a research project with 50 girls in Toronto to determine what makes them stressed, what does it feel like and what to do to cope with it.

Compilation of social and health ressource across Northern Canada

Girls Action compiled these ressources in preparation for our Northern Light program, that took place the summer of 2008, in Whithorse Yukon. In the resource compilation you will find lists of community organizations, health centres, information and crisis lines, women’s shelters, youth groups, etc. They are organized by region.
